Storage:
Keep frozen under -18 °C and best to consume within 60 days.
After moving it from -18 °C to 4°C fridge , it can only be kept for 2days in the fridge.
Defrost:
Before cooking it, move the food pack from freezer to a 4°C fridge for about 6hours. Then, let it out in room temperate for about 15mins to make it entirely defrosted.
Reheat:
Put the defrosted food pack entirely into boiling water (100°C) in a pot (water should cover the whole food pack). Switch to low heat and boil it for about 25mins until fully heated.
